Quick Cold Brew Guide!

Cold Brew is very simple: Preferred Ratios + Cold water + Time = Delicious, Smooth, Low-Acid, Iced coffee!


SIMPLE HIGH QUALITY COLD BREW:

You can make this is a simple mason jar with a lid, or any similar container:


1.
Course grounds of preferred coffee;
Similar granule size as for French Press; significantly larger than for Pour Over. About the size of an x-large grain of salt;
--- Around 200mm
or
--- Extra Course setting on a grinder
or
--- 7-9 out of 10 on a size-metered grinder


2.
Ratios:
Anywhere between 1:8 Grounds to Cold Water, to 1:4; adjust to personal taste

--> For a Concentrate, use 1:2 or 1:1, then add water each time you pour a fresh cup.



3.
Steep overnight in refrigerator anywhere from 12-18 hours ( You can experiment to your liking ). Less than 12 hours will result in a very ( overly ) light body and flavor.


Time it to enjoy right in the morning!
